Yes. Gutters, guards, soffit and fascia are all part of keeping the edge of a Lignum roof dry, so we handle them along with the roof instead of sending you off to find somebody else to finish the job.
Often, yes. Plenty of the Lignum roofs we get called to look at need flashing reworked or a section refastened, not a whole new roof. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at, and if it is repairable we would rather repair it.

Sometimes. If the decking is sound and there is only one layer of shingles, a Lignum metal roof can go over the top on purlins. If there is rot underneath or two layers already on, we tear off first — and we will tell you that before you sign, not halfway through.
